The ceiling mount pull up bar is not one you see very often, unless of course in big gyms and martial art clubs. There are a lot of different pull up bars ranging from the stationary machine like pull up bar, the doorway bar, the wall mounted bar and of course the ceiling bar.

All of these each have their own benefits and disadvantages. But what they all have in common is that they allow you to perform chin ups and pull ups which are both some of the most effective and efficient exercises when it comes to building muscle and gaining strength.

Both of these exercises train your bicep, trapezius, back, shoulders and core area in one single movement and are therefore extremely time efficient and you can easily go through a very effective training session in just 15-20 minutes. Once you start getting stronger you will be able to perform a lot more advanced exercises on your pull up bar and you will start looking like a gymnast in action.

Once you reach a certain level of strength and want to perform the more advanced exercises the ceiling mount pull up bar is really invaluable and is probably the best solution, depending on what your training regimen looks like.
